Questions? info@gptelevate.com

While your subscription is active, DeskHub247 grants your business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access its hosted software for your own business operations, subject to the Terms of Service and any usage limits shown in your account.

You may configure an AI enquiry assistant for your business, publish it through authorised channels, read and respond to enquiries, and allow authorised staff to access the permitted workspace. You are responsible for all content and instructions you provide and for obtaining the necessary rights and customer notices.

You may not resell the underlying software, share credentials with unauthorised people, attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass controls, misuse the platform, generate spam or misleading content, or use it in violation of law or third-party rights. Individual customer mini-sites and embedded widgets remain subject to the relevant subscription and feature rules.

DeskHub247 and its licensors retain intellectual-property rights in the platform and original software. You retain rights in the business content you supply, and grant permission to process it as needed to deliver the service. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the source code or AI models.

AI responses can be incorrect. You must review business information, monitor important enquiries and confirm prices, appointments and commitments yourself. The service uses third-party infrastructure and payment services, including Whop for subscription checkout. See the Privacy Policy and AI Assistant Disclaimer.

Access to paid publishing features depends on an active subscription. We may suspend misuse or security threats. If the subscription ends, published services may be unavailable, subject to the Terms of Service, lawful retention and applicable rights. Contact info@gptelevate.com for licence-related questions.
