By accessing or subscribing to DeskHub247, you agree to these Terms of Service. DeskHub247 is a trading name used for the service and is not currently an incorporated UK limited company. The individual proprietor or other unincorporated operator is responsible for providing the service. The operator's full legal name and valid address for formal notices must be confirmed and disclosed before these terms can be considered a complete contract. Contact info@gptelevate.com.

DeskHub247 is designed primarily for business use. If you purchase as a consumer, nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

DeskHub247 provides a configurable AI enquiry assistant for a business website, hosted mini-site or shareable link. It can answer questions using the business information supplied, gather details, save enquiries and show them in the owner's dashboard. Optional WhatsApp owner alerts require separate configuration and verification.

At present the service does not offer customer-facing AI conversations inside WhatsApp, guaranteed lead generation, automatic appointment booking or a promise that an enquiry will turn into paid work.

You must provide accurate account and business information, keep account credentials secure and ensure that people using your business workspace are authorised. You are responsible for keeping approved services, prices, service areas and contact details up to date.

You may create an account and test the AI assistant privately without paying. An active subscription is required to publish a live widget, mini-site or shareable assistant. Usage limits, account expiry or removal policies apply only as actually disclosed and implemented in the account.

The current standard offer is £39.99 per 30-day billing period plus any applicable taxes. Eligible customers may use LAUNCH20 for the first 30-day period at £19.99, subject to the published offer conditions and availability. Promotional prices do not automatically continue.

Subscription checkout and recurring billing are handled through Whop. The amount, billing schedule, taxes and payment terms shown at checkout take precedence over illustrative amounts on marketing pages. Never enter payment-card details into the AI enquiry assistant.

Whop provides the checkout and recurring-payment infrastructure, but DeskHub247 remains responsible for providing the product. The taxes applied, if any, depend on the checkout and applicable law. Check your payment receipt and the subscription-management area for the actual billing terms.

Cancel recurring billing before the next renewal through the subscription-management link in your DeskHub247 dashboard or the Whop controls. Cancellation normally stops future renewals, not payments already completed. Refund requests and applicable legal rights are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Some services can be accessed immediately after payment. Business subscriptions do not include an automatic refund for a change of mind unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide one. Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of business information and instructions you provide, the enquiries you receive, and how you contact customers. You must not use the platform to deceive people, send spam, collect unnecessary sensitive data, break laws or impersonate another business.

You must provide required privacy notices to your customers and establish an appropriate lawful basis for processing their information. Do not configure the assistant to give unsafe instructions or to make promises you cannot fulfil.

AI replies may be incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate for a particular situation. Review your assistant's information and test it before publishing. Pricing, availability, bookings and urgent matters must be confirmed by a human where needed. The service must not be relied on for emergency, medical, legal or other safety-critical decisions.

The platform helps manage existing enquiries; it does not promise additional website traffic, sales, customer conversions, or continuous availability without interruption.

You retain rights in the original business content you provide, subject to rights you grant us to use it to provide the service. The DeskHub247 software, brand and designs remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reverse-engineer, interfere with or misuse the platform.

We may change or discontinue features for technical, legal or operational reasons, with appropriate notice for material changes. If a UK limited company is formed in future, existing customer contracts will not transfer to it automatically and any required customer consent or contractual transfer will be handled separately.
